Project Steps

  • Specify
    Arrange a meeting with us online, by phone, or even onsite for a survey to discuss your project. From a simple scribble to a complex CAD layout, we can work with the information available. If you have no tools to hand, or fancy designing yourself then try our online drawing tool Axelent Safety Design. All  meetings, surveys, quotes, and revisions are free with no obligations.
  • Quotation
    Receive a detailed cost-effective quotation including lead time, and using the most suitable products and efficient amount of materials. We can provide STEP and CAD files for 3rd party programs, but we will always include our own PDF 2D and 3D drawings with every offer. All quotations are valid for at least 30 days, and an optional Installation service is available if required on all our products.
  • Revisions
    Review your quote and drawings. Contact us for amendments, questions, or extra supporting documentation. We offer unlimited support to ensure your satisfaction prior to ordering.
  • Ordering
    When ready to order, contact our team to discuss payment and delivery options. Specific delivery requirements or restrictions can also be arranged. You will then receive an order acknowledgment with an expected delivery and installation date. Axelent installation paperwork such as RAMS will be provided closer to the date.
  • Delivery & Installation
    Our deliveries use our X-Pack pallet system which allows for easy picking of parts straight from the pallet. A physical copy of a packing list, instructions for assembly, and plan drawings are also included. If you need more help then guide videos can be found on our website under our Axelent Academy For installation by Axelent, leave the delivery near the assembly area ready for our team.
  • Aftercare and Extras
    For any additional parts, modifications, or maintenance advice contact us directly. We can typically send out urgent parts on a next working day delivery. We also keep project drawings on file for future reference so can assist with any repairs or modifications, even years later.
